Domestic Orders (Within India)
Shipping Fees
• Free standard shipping on all orders.
• Express shipping is available only for metro cities and is charged based on parcel weight.

Please note: Express shipping depends on product availability.
Delivery Time
• Standard orders are shipped within 6–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Express shipping delivers within 1–2 business days once dispatched.
• For made-to-order or made-to-measure pieces, please allow 1–2 weeks for dispatch.
• If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking details for each batch.
Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking link will be shared via email so you can follow your order’s journey.
Delays
We aren’t responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or customs clearance. For updates during such delays, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
International Orders
Shipping Fees
• Flat shipping charge of USD 20 (approx. ₹2,000).
• Customs duties or taxes are not included in this fee.
Customs & Import Charges
• Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand potential fees.
Delivery Time
• Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary based on location and customs procedures.
• If an item is not readily available, we’ll notify you via email with an updated timeline.
Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email to help you monitor the delivery.

Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or repeated missed attempts, the return costs will not be covered by us.
If you’d like the order re-shipped, you will be required to pay for shipping again.
Returns & Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
