Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Damaged item received

Store Credit
- All eligible returns will be processed as STORE CREDIT, valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
- A flat ₹250 deduction will be applied toward pickup and processing charges.
- Store credit is NON-REFUNDABLE and can be redeemed ONLY ONCE.
- It can be used to purchase any product from our website, but CANNOT be applied to COD orders.
- UNUSED BALANCES will not be carried forward.

Return & Exchange Conditions
- The item must be UNWORN, UNUSED, and with all original tags intact.
- You must email us at info@2went6ex.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The return item must reach us within 7 days of approval.
- Items showing signs of use (e.g., stains, scent, damage, wear) will NOT be accepted.

- SALE ITEMS are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange.
